• Resale and use of products are exclusively reserved to graduate professionals.
• Fees of $20,00 on any NSF cheque.
• We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and INTERAC.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

HANDLING AND DELIVERY FEES

• For all orders below $400,00, transport fees are as follows (for regular size packages):

*** Not applicable on excessive weight, equipment and furniture

• $14, 00 for Québec and Ontario.
• $20, 00 for the Maritimes, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and British Columbia.
• Express delivery charges are at the customer’s expense.
• Handing fees of $10, 00 are applicable on all orders below $125, 00.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

• Any claim must be made within three days following receipt of the merchandise.
• Returns on faulty merchandise are accepted only when previously approved with an authorisation number.
• A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.

• A 50% fee will be charged for damaged boxes.

No returns will be accepted after 3 months or due to a poor inventory turnover.
